      Join us to renew your support of the arts in Franklin County, Vermont. We are a small group of volunteers who present concerts, benefits, exhibits, and educational programs from Summer Sounds to Railroad Days. To continue that level of programming takes more volunteers and more money.
      We hope you visited the Artrain in St Albans or came to the Vermont Youth Orchestra concert at MVU. If you did, you already know how your financial support helps make the arts happen in our own community.

      We have planned a season full of popular events including arts shows and festivals, the Vermont Symphony Orchestra, recitals, the Rotary Home Show, school residencies, the Vermont Youth Orchestra, a county theater company collaboration, and a county-wide crafts and fine arts tour. Summer Sounds will celebrate its tenth anniversary this year with free concerts every Sunday evening. We have booked some of your favorite brass, classics, country, jazz, pops, and rock-n-roll acts and have asked some original performers to return to play double bills.
      Our goal this year is to recruit 100 members and to raise only $5,000 in new funds to support arts programs in Franklin County.
      As a member you can attend celebrations and meet the artist parties, network with artists and other members, and go to free workshops. We publish regular news of local cultural happenings, offer priority seating or discount admission to AAC events, and offer discounts on supplies. Businesses also get an honor roll listing in our member booklet and on the Internet. And we give you a pretty neat gift!
