The Fall exhibit season is rapidly approaching and we need to plan a new show.
The Grand Holiday Art and Crafts Tour can be a perfect day for holiday shopping in Franklin County, Vermont. If we have a team to put it together. With a tentative date of Saturday, November 23, we need volunteers to assemble four to six excellent shows to fill your stockings with art, arrange a bus, and to offer a lovely day trip around our County.
The All Arts Council Crafts and Fine Arts Festival generally starts the day at St Albans City Hall with fascinating crafts, exceptional local artists, exquisite photography, delightful music, and perhaps a Vermont Specialty Food sale. We need artists and volunteers to arrange the exhibits.
Our first Arts Auction featured works by Franklin County artists and performers, to benefit the AAC Arts in Education program. The money raised provided small grants to area schools and underwrote new workshops for Franklin County residents. If there is enough interest, we want to make this an annual event.
