ST ALBANS--The Northwestern Medical Center Gallery hosts Millie Boyd this month. Ms. Boyd is exhibiting The Eyes Have It. ART ON THE WALLS
"It is all faces of God's creatures," she said of her watercolor paintings. "I started in nursing in 1963 at Kerbs and retired from NMC in 1987. It feels like going home to have my art on the hospital wall."
She paints with the Tuesday Morning group led by Kathy Bergeron.
"It has added color to my world," she said.
The show continues through the end of April.
ENOSBURG FALLS--Scheduling change: The April reception at the Artist in Residence gallery will be held on Sunday, April 12, at 1 p.m.
The Artist in Residence art cooperative features paintings, fiber arts, stained glass, sculpture, lamps, pottery, folk art boxes, scarves, hats and more by 45 Franklin County and surrounding area artists. It is owned and operated by the artists and sponsors. The gallery, located at 321 Main Street, is open Wednesday-Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. plus the first Sunday of each month, noon to 5 p.m.
ESSEX JUNCTION--On Tap offers Blues Night with the Nobby Reed Project tonight at 7 p.m. Vermont's own blues trio includes Eric Belrose, percussion, Ray Bushey, bass, and Mr. Reed on lead guitar and vocals. ON STAGE LIVE

JEFFERSONVILLE--Stella Notte presents The Stragglers tomorrow evening at 5 p.m.
The new string band plays everything from traditional tunes, vintage country and bluegrass favorites to their own take on rock and popular music from the 60's-90's. It includes BFA's Eric Bushey, tenor banjo and vocals; Chris Kellogg, guitar, harmonica, and vocals; and Preston Randall, mandolin, harmonica, vocals, and bones.
JERICHO--The Jericho Cafe & Tavern presents dynagrrrl Carol Ann Jones with Will Patton on Friday at 7:30 p.m.

FAIRFIELD--The Community Center hosts The Puddledock Opry for the 6th annual Sap Run Boogie on Saturday with doors opening at 6:30 p.m. and music beginning around 7.
"All [long] winter long, a group of musicians has been gathering on Sundays to share tunes and play music," Michele Bessette said. Puddledock, also the local nickname for East Fairfield, includes Ms. Bessette, Jerry Bowers, Marcia Brewster, Carol Crawford, Robert "Wax" Iwaskiewicz, Will and Deb Patton, Nance and Tyrone Shaw, and Mark Struhsacker playing bluegrass, country and country swing, folk, jazz, R&B, swing, and American roots favorites on string instruments and no drums.
Admission is $10/adults, $25/family, kids under 12 free. Chili, cornbread and salad served throughout the evening for $3/person. A cash bar with beer and wine will be catered by the Traveled Cup. SHELDON--The Abbey has held a Karaoke singing competition on Thursdays; the finale comes tonight at 10 p.m. Weekly winners picked up $50 Abbey bucks; there is a $2,000 cash prize this evening.

MORRISVILLE--Moog's Place has "live music every night we're open, starting between eight and nine pm" with open mic night scheduled most Thursdays at 8:30 p.m.

ST. ALBANS--Cooie Sings Twiggs in the Dining Room on Saturday evening at 6:30 p.m. Solo performer Cooie DeFrancesco's repertoire ranges from traditional tunes to popular songs with a dollop of blues, a touch of jazz, a bit of folk and some old time Rock and Roll.
Twiggs offers Music to Dine By with relaxed music and the arts. They have three stages with live piano, violin, or light guitar any day of the week in the dining room, the Window, or the main stage. The Cabaret offers live performances by musicians, visual artists, poets, and more. Piano Night is every Monday night at 6 pm. The regular Open Mic Night repeats on the first Wednesday of every month. Vern Colburn is Live on the Piano on Friday Nights, Dayve Huckett on the guitar on the first and third Saturday, and additional performances by Abby Road, Bobby Cee, Mint Julep, Sean Ashby, and Sean Casey.

ST. ALBANS--The Traveled Cup offers open-mic nights hosted by Jesse Potts for musicians as well as poets and other performers to share their talents every other Friday. The shop is open seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.

ENOSBURG--The Enosburgh Public Library wants your feedback about programming. FRANKLIN COUNTY BOOKSHELF
Franklin County libraries offer interesting and accessible programs but they always have room for more. Enosburg offers monthly reading discussions, a bimonthly writing group, card-making and work readiness workshops. They have had a Knitting Group (interested? They will start that again)
