ALBURGH--"Back By Popular Demand," the Alburgh Library presents Jim Branca with the Second Annual Christmas Community Sing-a-long for family fun for the old and the young, for kids from 1 to 101 on Friday 6:30 p.m. ON STAGE LIVE
Mr. Branca will lead singing of all the classics from nostalgic and fun to ancient and sacred. Marnie Branca will do crafts with the kids.
"There will be lots of goodies and treats," Mr. Branca said. "Those library ladies know how to dish it out I tell ya!"
BURLINGTON--North End Studio presents Anna Patton and Housetop tomorrow evening at 8 p.m. The Southern Vermont four-piece "harmony singin' swingin' string" band brings crooning to a hot backwoods jug band
Housetop includes Anna Patton on harmony and clarinet; songwriter and vaudevillian Peter Siegel on rhythm guitar and high tenor vocals; Erica Morse on upright bass and sisterly vocals with fiddler Naomi Morse
Admission is by suggested donation of $10.
ENOSBURG FALLS--The Opera House at Enosburg Falls presents the Enosburg Town Band and Community Chorus with their annual Holiday Concert at the on Sunday afternoon. This family event celebrates traditional music in Franklin County's historic (and heated) theater. The concert will feature traditional hymns and seasonal songs.

COLCHESTER--The Vermont Youth Orchestra presents the VYO Chorus and Youth Concert Chorale Winter Concerts in the Elley-Long Music Center at Saint Michael's College on Sunday at 7 p.m.
The VYO designed the program, Make That Change; Songs of Freedom & Hope, around choral works that reflect the struggle for freedom within ourselves individually and in society. It features Abendlied and Richte mich, Gott by Felix Mendelssohn; the African American Spirituals Way Over In Beulah Land and Didn't My Lord Deliver Daniel?; Eric Whitacre's, motet "Lux Arumque"; "Will You Be There" by Michael Jackson, and more.
The Chorus and the Youth Concert Chorale are in their third year with more than one hundred outstanding middle and high school singers from across Vermont. Jeffrey Buettner conducts and Annemieke Spoelstra is accompanist.

ST. ALBANS and BURLINGTON--The Green Arts Bus and the Flynn Center present A Canadian Brass Christmas on Tuesday. The Green Arts Bus will leave the Franklin County Senior Center at 6:30 p.m. The Canadian Brass classical repertoire highlights baroque music. The program includes winter music, Christmas favorites, Hanukkah tunes, and other cherished compositions.
Admission including the ticket and a round-trip bus ride is $50 per person. The deadline to purchase tickets has passed.
Six additional seats may be available for people with existing or season tickets. The cost of the round trip bus ticket alone is $10.

Instructor Lyna Lou Nordstrom will guide students creating prints from speedy cut. No press is necessary; prints will be transferred by hand. No experience necessary. Ms. Nordstrom and has been teaching and creating art for more that 25 years. She exhibits artwork in juried shows nationally and at Artist In Residence Gallery in Enosburg Falls

Eve Jacobs-Carnahan of Montpelier knits sculptural fiber art. Her works range from small, humorous pieces to serious themes such as terrorism.
